Participant Waiver, Release & Photo Consent

Please read carefully. Submitting this form confirms your agreement.

  1. Assumption of Risk. I understand that Warrior Ridge retreats and events may involve outdoor and physical activities that carry inherent risks, and I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.
  2. Release of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Warrior Ridge Co, its staff, volunteers, and partners from any and all claims, injuries, or damages arising from my participation.
  3. Medical Authorization. I confirm the medical and allergy information I have provided is accurate, and I authorize Warrior Ridge staff to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if needed.
  4. Photo & Media Consent. I grant Warrior Ridge permission to use photographs, video, and quotes captured during the event for promotional and fundraising purposes.
  5. Age. I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older.
