Landon Bentley

Executive Director and Founder
Landon Bentley had the honor of serving his country in Operation Iraqi Freedom ’05-07. He is a proud soldier and a multigenerational Veteran. After returning, he was successful in the auto sales industry, supporting many companies as well as his own.
Landon’s leadership skills were honed in the military and continued into his civilian life. He is passionate about helping his brother Veterans and is very dedicated to this cause.

Ryan Roe

Co-Director and Co-Founder
Ryan Roe is the son and nephew of Vietnam Veterans and is proud to be American. He is a horseman and outdoorsman who has run his farrier business for 13 years.
Ryan and his wife, Morgan, are raising their three children on a family farm.

Assistant Director of Public Affairs and Executive Board Member
Greg Hershey has had the honor of serving his country for 22 years. He has been a firefighter since 2000. Working with Warrior Ridge is an opportunity to serve his fellow Veterans. Greg has been married for 33 years and has six children.

Morgan Roe

Assistant Director of Marketing and Administration
Morgan Roe is the mother of three children and the wife of Ryan Roe. She is also the granddaughter of two Veterans.
Morgan has been working in the human services field for over 12 years and has committed her career to counseling and helping others. She is excited to support Veterans and give back to those who have sacrificed for our country.

Melissa Dixon

Assistant Director of Finance and Special Advisor
Melissa is a native of Lewis County, KY, and has been an active-duty military spouse for nearly 20 years. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and owns her own private practice in Lexington, KY.
Melissa comes from a family with a long history of service to our nation and is committed to giving back to our veteran community.

Max Dixon

Assistant Director of Operations
Max is a native of Lewis County, KY, and has served on active duty since 2004. Max’s service has included five deployments overseas to Iraq, Afghanistan, Nigeria, and Chad.
He comes from a family with a history of military service spanning more than five generations and is driven to help his fellow veterans.

Davin Bentley

Assistant Director of Strategic Communications
Davin is the brother of Warrior Ridge Founder Landon. He served for 21 years and served two overseas combat tours during Operation Iraqi Freedom (Iraq) and Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan), during which he earned the Bronze Star Medal.
Davin lives in Columbus, OH, with his wife, Kate, and three kids and works as a director at a commercial construction company.

Mark Hatfield

Assistant Director of Planning and Nominations
Mark Hatfield joined the Army in 1997, was deployed to Kosovo in 2000, and was a part of the invasion of Iraq with the 101st Airborne Division in 2003, where his band of brothers was formed out of DFBF & Associates.
He went on to finish his career in recruiting and retired in 2016. He was the first Warrior ridge nominee and is excited and committed to helping other brothers reconnect.

Sam Riley

Assistant Director of Lead Development and Fundraising

Sam Riley has spent the last 17 years working in law enforcement and with Veterans in the private sector.

He is the owner of LO-KI Consulting, a security firm that employs hundreds of veterans across the US. Sam and his wife Lauren have 6 children.
