Landon Bentley

Executive Director and Founder
Landon Bentley had the honor of serving his country in Operation Iraqi Freedom ’05-07. He is a proud soldier and a multigenerational Veteran. After returning, he was successful in the auto sales industry, supporting many companies as well as his own.
Landon’s leadership skills were honed in the military and continued into his civilian life. He is passionate about helping his brother Veterans and is very dedicated to this cause.

Ryan Roe

Co-Director and Co-Founder
Ryan Roe is the son and nephew of Vietnam Veterans and is proud to be American. He is a horseman and outdoorsman who has run his farrier business for 13 years.
Ryan and his wife, Morgan, are raising their three children on a family farm.

Greg Hershey

Assistant Director of Public Affairs and Executive Board Member
Greg Hershey has had the honor of serving his country for 22 years. He has been a firefighter since 2000. Working with Warrior Ridge is an opportunity to serve his fellow Veterans. Greg has been married for 33 years and has six children.

Morgan Roe

Assistant Director of Marketing and Administration
Morgan Roe is the mother of three children and the wife of Ryan Roe. She is also the granddaughter of two Veterans.
Morgan has been working in the human services field for over 12 years and has committed her career to counseling and helping others. She is excited to support Veterans and give back to those who have sacrificed for our country.

David Kemp

Board Member

David Kemp had the honor of serving his country as a Marine Corps infantry officer in two deployments to Afghanistan. After his military service, he earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and went on to acquire and lead a food manufacturing company, growing it from a small regional business into a national platform before exiting in 2025.

He is currently studying philosophy at Columbia University with the goal of becoming a professor of business ethics, and he serves as an Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School, where he mentors aspiring entrepreneurs. 

David and his wife Lani are raising their three young kids in Darien, CT. He is excited to support Warrior Ridge and help fellow veterans in a meaningful way.
