Meet the Team
Landon Bentley
Executive Director & Founder
Landon had the honor of serving his country in Operation Iraqi Freedom ’05–07, and is a proud soldier and multigenerational Veteran. His leadership skills, honed in the military and carried into civilian life, now drive his passion for helping his brother Veterans.
Ryan Roe
Co-Director & Co-Founder
Ryan is the son and nephew of Vietnam Veterans and a proud American. A horseman and outdoorsman, he has run his farrier business for 13 years. He and his wife, Morgan, are raising their three children on a family farm.
Greg Hershey
Asst. Director of Public Affairs & Executive Board Member
Greg has served his country for 22 years and been a firefighter since 2000. Working with Warrior Ridge is his opportunity to serve fellow Veterans. He has been married for 33 years and has six children.
Morgan Roe
Asst. Director of Marketing & Administration
Morgan is the mother of three, wife of Ryan Roe, and granddaughter of two Veterans. She has worked in human services for over 12 years, dedicating her career to counseling and helping others, and is excited to give back to those who sacrificed for our country.
David Kemp
Board Member
David served as a Marine Corps infantry officer in two deployments to Afghanistan. He earned his MBA from Harvard Business School, then led a food manufacturing company to a national platform before exiting in 2025. He now studies philosophy at Columbia and is an Executive Fellow at HBS. He and his wife Lani are raising three kids in Darien, CT.
